Covid-19 Update

In order to protect our clients and our staff, all home health staff are screened daily for possible exposure and for symptoms prior to making any home health visits.  Additionally, each patient is contacted by our staff prior to every visit to ensure that the risks of exposure are minimized and to prevent further risk.

Currently, the HSNNY staff is being vaccinated due to their need to safely provide care in patient homes.

HSNNY communicates on a daily basis with officials from St. Lawrence County Public Health to coordinate efforts to complete contact tracing, quarantines of patients, family members, and staff, and to ensure that all efforts to minimize risk and exposure are followed.
